At AIK Fragrance, we take pride in delivering premium fragrances crafted with care, elegance, and attention to detail. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience.
Returns & Eligibility
We gladly accept eligible return requests within 14 days of the original purchase date for domestic UK orders.
To qualify for a return, all items must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In their original packaging
- In fully resaleable condition
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we are unable to accept returns on fragrances that have been opened, used, or tested.
Reporting Issues
Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery if there is an issue with their order. Delivery timing is determined using the tracking confirmation provided by Royal Mail or the selected courier.
Photographs may be requested in order to assist with certain claims relating to damage, incorrect items, or delivery concerns.
After the 24-hour notification period has passed, we reserve the right to decline return or exchange requests.
Fragrance Preference Disclaimer
As fragrance is a highly personal experience, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges based on personal scent preference or change of mind.
To help customers explore our collection with confidence, we recommend trying our Discovery Set or sample options before purchasing full-size fragrances.
